About the designer,A funny thing happened on the way to Australia.... I discarded my stock broker background, the Saks 5th Avenue suits and the power lunches for love, motherhood and self expression Down Under. It seems the love of color and design concepts were always there as the daughter of a fine artist, I just hadn't found my medium yet. I had done hand carving in stone, abstract painting, life drawing and clay but none of these held my interest for long. And then there was fabric and beads. Fast forward to the present: I have returned to the United States with my British husband,my two Australian born children and my need to create. Now I wake up to the thrill of creating some truly fun and functional works of art that I hope you enjoy! Visitors |
